Your Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Sales Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role on the sales floor, work closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team, and take ownership of daily tasks both front and back of house.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in sales – this is your primary focus.

• Ensure high levels of structure and punctuality in daily tasks.

• Provide flexibility to work on weekends and during store events.

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize correctly – sales always come before admin.

• Support the team and contribute to the store’s overall flow, especially during busy periods.

• Take care of emails, returns, webshop maintenance, B2B orders, and stockroom responsibilities.

• Work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

• Translate instructions into action – you're a fast learner and proactive in your approach.

• Stay tech-savvy and adapt quickly to systems like Shopify.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in retail or sales

• Strong customer service background

• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms

• Experience in handling returns, emails, customer inquiries

• Stockroom operations knowledge

• B2B reordering experience (a plus)

• Email marketing experience (a bonus)
